Artificial intelligence (AI) automation: Your own admin agent, like a personal secretary
Every morning, a briefing on your phone: what came in, what got paid, what's due and when. Then ask it anything about the business, any time.

Every morning
A short briefing arrives on your phone on its own: what came in overnight, what got paid, what's due and when, and what needs you today.

Running, with our AI assistant
What did I make this month, and what's still owed to me?
Do the books match the bank this week?
What do I owe suppliers, and when is it due?
Fit in a two-day job next week without moving anyone.
It works from your accounts: payments, QuickBooks, your bank statements and the calendar.
Scheduling, handled
It sends calendar invites, handles booking requests and changes, checks that one job doesn't step on another, and books the time a job really needs.
Your data
It's built with Anthropic's Claude. Before anything is set up, we tell you in writing which service sees what, and your accounts stay in your name.
We'll build this for you
Honest about where it is: today this is the AI assistant working from the connected accounts when asked, plus a morning briefing that arrives on its own. A one-screen view and an automatic end-of-day report are next.
How we did it
The briefing arrives every morning in both businesses. On request, the assistant reconciles the books against the bank, tracks what's owed to suppliers, and reports what was really made this week, this month or this year so far.
The pieces
Morning briefing
Each morning on your phone: what came in, what got paid, what's due.
Owner to-do list
One list of what needs doing, fed by everything else.
Ask it anything
Questions about the books, the bank, the schedule and what's owed, answered from your accounts.
How all of it works
Nothing goes out without you
Replies, estimates, review responses and follow-ups are drafted for a person to check, and you approve them before they go out. Standard replies, like the questions you ask every new customer, you approve once, and then they're sent for you.
- Drafted for you
- Checked by you
- Then sent
What it costs
$175 an hour
One rate for all of it.
- Estimate
- Before any project, you get a written estimate with a not-to-exceed cap. You pay for the hours we actually work, never more than the cap.
- If the job changes
- If the job changes, we write a new estimate before doing more.
- First meeting at your business
- An on-site consultation is billed by the hour. If we go ahead, that time comes off the job.
- First call by phone or video
- Tell us on the form if a phone or video call is enough to start. We'll look at what you sent and tell you before we talk whether there's any charge.
- A closer look
- If we need a closer look at how the business runs, that's billed by the hour too, like everything else.
- Travel
- On-site travel: the first 30 minutes each way are on us, then $40 per half hour.
- Contract
- No long-term contract or retainer. You sign each written estimate before we start.

Tell us what's going on.
A few lines about your business and what's eating your time is enough to start. Every request is read by a person, and if something isn't worth doing, we'll tell you.
