Marketing and lead generation: More people finding you, and knowing what's working
Your website kept in shape for Google, your ads held to a budget, and tracking that shows which visits turn into calls.

- The chore
- Keeping the website current, watching ads and guessing what brings in work.
- What it does
- Checks and fixes your website every week, caps your ad spending, and tracks visits, form sends and taps on your phone number.
- Where it runs
- What it costs
- $175 an hour, from a written estimate with a cap
How it works, step by step
Every week, each page is checked against Google's own data and against competitors.
The fixes get made: page titles, headings, the details Google reads, and pages Google hasn't found yet.
Google Analytics tracks visits, form sends and taps on your phone number.
Your Google Ads are checked every hour and pause when they reach the monthly cap.
New Google reviews reach your phone with a reply drafted for you to approve.
You get a short note of what changed and what happened next.
How we did it
Both our websites get the weekly check-up, the tracking and the ad caps. We report what was done and what happened next, not what caused what.

The pieces
Weekly website check-up
Every page checked against Google's own data each week, and the fixes made. WordPress websites only.
Ongoing website changes
New pages, better wording and fixes, made and checked.
Visitor tracking
Google Analytics counts visits, form sends and taps on your phone number.
Google Ads spend cap
Ads checked every hour and paused at your monthly budget.
Google reviews watch
New reviews reach your phone with a reply drafted for you to approve. Google has to approve access for each business first.
Town and county bid alerts
New public jobs near you, sent soon after they're posted.
How all of it works
Nothing goes out without you
Replies, estimates, review responses and follow-ups are drafted for a person to check, and you approve them before they go out. Standard replies, like the questions you ask every new customer, you approve once, and then they're sent for you.
- Drafted for you
- Checked by you
- Then sent
Limits
The weekly check-up works on WordPress websites. Review tools need Google's approval for each business.
What it costs
$175 an hour
One rate for all of it.
- Estimate
- Before any project, you get a written estimate with a not-to-exceed cap. You pay for the hours we actually work, never more than the cap.
- If the job changes
- If the job changes, we write a new estimate before doing more.
- First meeting at your business
- An on-site consultation is billed by the hour. If we go ahead, that time comes off the job.
- First call by phone or video
- Tell us on the form if a phone or video call is enough to start. We'll look at what you sent and tell you before we talk whether there's any charge.
- A closer look
- If we need a closer look at how the business runs, that's billed by the hour too, like everything else.
- Travel
- On-site travel: the first 30 minutes each way are on us, then $40 per half hour.
- Contract
- No long-term contract or retainer. You sign each written estimate before we start.

Tell us what's going on.
A few lines about your business and what's eating your time is enough to start. Every request is read by a person, and if something isn't worth doing, we'll tell you.
