Scheduling and job tracking: Every job on the calendar, nothing stepping on anything else
Bookings go straight on the calendar, the customer gets an invite, and the job is timed and signed on your phone.

- The chore
- Phone tag to set a time, double-booked days and paperwork at the end of the job.
- What it does
- Books and slots jobs, checks for clashes, sends invites, times the job and gets it signed.
- Where it runs
- What it costs
- $175 an hour, from a written estimate with a cap
How it works, step by step
A booking lands on your Google Calendar, and you get an alert on your phone.
The customer gets a calendar invite.
The assistant slots the job, gives longer jobs the time they need, and checks that nothing overlaps.
On the day, the clock runs on your phone, with travel counted both ways.
At the end, the customer checks the work and signs on your phone.
Their signed papers and payments are on a private page they can open any time.
We'll set this up for you
Crews and dispatch. Each person slotted into jobs, field time, shop time and lunch breaks kept from colliding, and everyone gets their own schedule and invites. We'd set this up around how your crew works.

How we did it
Jobs in both businesses go on the calendar and are timed and signed on the phone. When requests come in or a job moves, the AI assistant (Claude) sends the invites and checks the calendar.

- Estimate
- Before any project, you get a written estimate with a not-to-exceed cap. You pay for the hours we actually work, never more than the cap.
- If the job changes
- If the job changes, we write a new estimate before doing more.
- First meeting at your business
- An on-site consultation is billed by the hour. If we go ahead, that time comes off the job.
- First call by phone or video
- Tell us on the form if a phone or video call is enough to start. We'll look at what you sent and tell you before we talk whether there's any charge.
- A closer look
- If we need a closer look at how the business runs, that's billed by the hour too, like everything else.
- Travel
- On-site travel: the first 30 minutes each way are on us, then $40 per half hour.
- Contract
- No long-term contract or retainer. You sign each written estimate before we start.

Tell us what's going on.
